Mohair and virgin wool Fresco Scottish kilt
MANUFACTURE
INSPIRED BY THE TRADITIONAL GARMENT SYMBOLIC OF SCOTTISH CELTIC CULTURE, THE KILT WAS ORIGINALLY WORN EXCLUSIVELY BY MEN, ESPECIALLY SOLDIERS.
WE HAVE REWORKED IT WITH THE HOUSE'S OWN CODES IN A FRESCO FABRIC ALSO USED FOR OUR SUITS, JACKETS, PANTS AND waistcoat.
An eXTENSIVE FRENCH KNOW-HOW WAS DEPLOYED TO CREATE AND MANUFACTURE THIS MODEL. THE PLEATING WAS made by ONE OF THE LAST REMAINING FRENCH PLEATERS IN BRITTANY, WHO CREATED A MOLD ESPECIALLY FOR FURSAC.
THE KILT WILL BE ASSEMBLED ENTIRELY IN A FRENCH WORKSHOP NEAR BOURGES.
ONLY 10 PIECES OF THE KILT WILL BE MADE, EACH NUMBERED TO UNDERLINE ITS UNIQUENESS.
